  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and ready for deployment within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear is on its way.

Do you ship large equipment? Yes, we ship all our sports tools nationwide within the United States. For oversized items, our delivery partners will contact you to coordinate a convenient drop-off.

Is your equipment suitable for beginners? Absolutely! We curate gear that is intuitive for beginners yet durable enough for advanced athletes. Every product page includes a "Skill Level" guide to help you choose the right fit.

Do you provide workout guides? Many of our Velvet Velocity products come with digital "Quick Start" guides or QR codes to exclusive workout videos to help you get started safely.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. We accept returns of unused, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if my equipment arrives damaged? We take quality control seriously. If an item arrives defective or damaged during transit, please email us at info@velvetvelocity.myshopify.com with photos within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement or a part immediately at no cost.
